She also felt that the handlebar was a bit shorter than she would like particularly with a large changing bag hanging off of it.

This double stroller is not as light as other travel buggies. It's got a broad variety of features, and is one the most versatile double strollers on the market. It's compatible with two carry cots (available separately) and has multiple recline positions and an UV 50+ canopy. You can also add a bassinet to one or both seats, and turn this into a travel system.

The four tires made of rubber are great for pavements as well as urban terrain. However, they are not made for off-roading. They had trouble with long grass and gravel and there was not enough clearance between the wheel bracket and wheel, so mud stuck easily. Our tester loved this buggy, and it was able to climb some beautiful hillocks that were muddy.

They also loved that the hoods were able to be moved back and forward and back, making them much easier to adjust in the sun or to provide wind protection. They did not offer the same amount of coverage as the Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It's worth carrying an extra rain cover in case.

Overall, our testers were impressed by the Nipper double's ability allow them to take their twin daughters Sydney and Lyla to all kinds of adventures. From exploring the forest for wildlife to rushing to a park for a playdate They loved it. They were also impressed by how comfortable and spacious the two seats are, with plenty of room for toddlers to stretch out in. The lack of parent-facing seating and the inability to use a car seat in this buggy were cited as a disadvantage by our testers. They would also have wanted a bigger storage area for shopping and other gear.
